PEACE CHORUS ON TV
That's right, Sgt. Maxwell's Peace Chorus is flooding the TV airwaves with peace. Expect to get some static if you're not tuned to the right station (Channel 9 in Boston). Watch for us on It's All About Arts on Monday, July 12 (6-7 pm)-and the show gets replayed several times during the week.
If you want to catch the live show (it's a rock opera in progress) we'll be at 80 Border St. Cultural Exchange Center in East Boston on Friday, July 18.

URBAN CARAVAN IS ROLLING
Urban Caravan is a group of singer/songwriters that play separately and together during each show. Members include Sal Baglio, Mr. Curt Ensemble, Bird Mancini, Jon Macey & Steve Gilligan, Glenn Williams, and me (Sgt. Maxwell). We also accommodate special guests like Ramona Silver and Michael Bloom.  Here's where the Caravan is rolling this summer- Thursday, July 10, at Sally O'Brien's in Somerville; Friday, Aug. 1, at Monet's Garden in Beverly; Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Roslindale Arts Alliance Festival; Friday, Aug. 8, at Perks Coffeehouse in Norwood; Monday, Aug. 11, on BNN-TV It's All About Arts; and Saturday Aug. 23, at 80 Border St. Cultural Center in East Boston. Hope you can make it to one of these shows.

MR. TIMOTHY CHARLES DUANE ON THE VINEYARD
On Saturday, July 12, my old band from high school is playing at Che's Lounge in Vineyard Haven (38 Main Street). Mr. TCD is a funny little three-piece band (guitar, uke, clarinet, and all of us harmonize) that plays music that sounds like it could have been written in the '40s.

OTHER SUMMER ACTIVITIES
I'll be playing softball every Saturday morning at 11:15am at the field on the Cambridge side of the Charles River at the B.U. Bridge. The league is called Saturday Morning Softball No Matter What-if it's stormin', we'll still be playin'.
I'll also be strolling the streets of Salem and Rockport-my two summer homes away from home. Don't call or email me about the Noise-I'm seriously taking a break from it this summer.
