PEACE CHORUS BENEFITS STUDENTS FOR A FREE TIBET

Straight from the outrageous Lolita’s Lovefest, Sgt. Maxwell’s Peace Chorus takes a long shower, brushes its teeth, and irons its costumes to get ready to help out the Students for a Free Tibet. Come on down to the Middle East Corner on Friday, May 9, for a full set of excerpts from Why Do We Go To War?

PEACE CHORUS GOES TO CHURCH
No, we’re not playing that club that was once called the Linwood—Sgt Maxwell’s Peace Chorus is actually playing at the Community Church of Boston (565 Boylston St., Boston, MA) at 10:30 on Sunday morning, May 18. It’s right across the street from the big Trinity Church in Copley Square.

URBAN CARAVAN TOURS VERMONT
Urban Caravan is heading up to Vermont on Memorial Day weekend. This version of the Urban Caravan includes SALVATORE BAGLIO, JON MACEY & STEVE GILLIGAN, MICHAEL BLOOM, and SGT. MAXWELL. On Friday, May 23, we’re in Barre at the Old Labor Hall, where we will play in the preferred round-robin style that includes some full group songs. Next night, Saturday, May 24, we’re in Burlington at a cool little coffeehouse called Radio Bean. Then it’s over to Morrisville where we play the Bee’s Knees on Sunday, May 25.
